@thamesclippers what happened to the 17.09 boat from Wandsworth pier eastbound on Sat 7th? We were going the O2 with elderly parents with health conditions. Saw the boat disappear from the board with no cancellation notice. Waited 15 mins after expected time and had to give up.

@British_Airways I appreciate that but it’s an error by your seating team. My children are 5 and 7 so cannot be seated on their own and against your policy. Crazy that the seating team can’t pick this up or reallocate seats. More stress for everyone. Very disappointed with poor service so far.

Way to go @British_Airways flying tomorrow in Club Europe with two young children allocated seats on their own and adults in exit seats and no one able to help change them til we arrive at the airport. Waste of money. Abysmal!
