Pardoned J6 MAGAt insurrectionisy Daniel Tocci (often misspelled as Tochi) is a 31-year-old resident of Amherst, Massachusetts, who was sentenced to four years in federal prison on March 30, 2026, for possessing an enormous collection of child sexual abuse material, including material of toddlers.

Tocci was originally under federal investigation for participating in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, where he was photographed breaking a shutter slat off a window.

In November 2023, FBI agents executed search warrants on his apartment and digital devices as part of the Capitol riot probe and uncovered over 100,000 images and videos of child sexual abuse across his laptop and five thumb drives. Some of the material depicted the exploitation of toddlers. Investigators also found Google searches for "countries with legal prostitution under 18" and graphic videos of severe violence against animals and humans.

Sobbing Preston Davey killer's hellish first night in cell as lags lie in wait

Jamie Varley aged 37 who was given a whole life order for murdering and sexually abusing 13 month old Preston Davey spent his first night in HMP Wakefield sobbing and quaking in his cell.

Inmates gave him a traditional prisoners welcome with loud banging on bars and shouting threats warning him he is on borrowed time and there is a bounty on his head.

Varley was placed in segregation on 24 hour suicide watch while mental health experts assess him after he was heard whispering to himself throughout the night.

Sources said the other prisoners knew he was coming and wanted him scared making his time inside as awful as they can because he is never getting out of this hell.

HMP Wakefield known as Monster Mansion houses high risk offenders including Harold Shipman Levi Bellfield and Ian Huntley and Varley is now one of Britain's most hated men inside the prison too.

Guards have a job on their hands keeping him safe as every day he survives the bounty for taking him out increases while he faces a lifetime of threats and isolation.

🚨Benjamin Alan Molodecki, a 43-year-old Texas neo-Confederate, has been sentenced to three life terms for the aggravated s*xual assault of multiple children between the ages of 6 and 13.

Molodecki — whose Facebook profile featured a Confederate flag — was running from authorities for years.

When a warrant was issued in Live Oak County in July 2020, this racist coward fled the state.

He was caught in Johnson County, TX in October 2020 — and released on bond.

He skipped court and ran.

Caught again in Larimer County, Colorado in October 2023 — released on bond again.

Skipped court and ran again.

Finally tracked down in Portales, New Mexico in March 2024 by the U.S. Marshals Service, he was transferred directly into custody with NO BOND this time.

Victims included both boys and girls as young as six years old and all younger than thirteen.

Judge Janna Whatley sentenced him to the maximum on all three counts — two in Live Oak County, one in Bee County.

Three life sentences. No more running.

Molodecki does not appear to be a drag queen, trans, or undocumented immigrant — making national media coverage of the case highly unlikely.

Instead: the usual suspect.
