Well it was.

@JoburgWater @JHBWater I'm so sad! hundreds of liters of water pumping out of a burst pipe on our pavement since Sat. Have phoned probably 9 times and the answer is 'it has been assigned to the depot/technicians.' We cannot allow water to be wasted like this!!!
