It’s deep, strategic work with principals and their teacher leaders, side by side, designing the academic and behavioral systems that will drive measurable growth all year long.

Last year, 16 of 18 campuses we supported increased their TEA accountability ratings, some by as much as 30 points.

That didn’t happen by accident.
It started in the summer.

I love the Solution Tree model for RTI as it focused both on Teacher Team responsibilities (right side) and the Schoolwide Team (Guiding Coalition or Leadership Team) responsibilities. This model is essential to any high-functioning school.
