I think I understand the vision.

Washington, D.C. was designed in a Neoclassical style with Greco-Roman influences to look like a 'New Rome' in America.

I believe the branding is leaning into those ideas, especially with the new stadium concepts—it's almost like a modern-day Colosseum.

This adds a lot of flavor to the 'Commanders' brand, allowing them to expand into imagery like spears and shields, which is pretty cool.

Who knows if the jerseys will reflect this, but I’m curious if the themes and in-game experience at the new stadium will lean in that direction (it already has at Northwest Stadium).
