@DARPG_GoI @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate Broadband was down 30 days. Calls/emails to CS didn't help. Accidentally came across https://t.co/qdWzy9nDjE and raised a complaint (without hope). RESOLVED IN 2 DAYS!!! Excellent sevice. More people should be made aware of the site.

Pathetic service from @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate . Broadband down for 1 month. Calling customer service daily. Absolutely zero progress. Now they start disconnecting my calls abruptly
