The worst service someone could provide would probably still be better than @oneplus

I gave my phone to an authorised OnePlus service center almost a month ago.

The center permanently closed. No communication. No updates.

After countless attempts to reach OnePlus Support, I found another service center, which apparently has no contact number and no maps location. Treasure hunt. 🥲

Finally reached them. They said my phone is sitting at a warehouse and will take 3 more days to arrive.

Then came the best part:

The repair was quoted at ~₹7,300 earlier. Now they say the “discount” is gone and I have to pay ~₹14,500.

A month without my phone, zero communication, and now DOUBLE the price.
