1. Open Instagram in your browser
2. Open DevTools
3. Click on Toggle Device Toolbar (Chrome) and choose a mobile device
4. Hit refresh
5. Zoom in so you can see the PLUS ➕ icon at the bottom like you would on a mobile
6. Click on ➕ and boom 💥 choose a picture

Now that all modern browsers support SVG favicons, here's how to turn any emoji into a favicon.svg:
