@EmiratesNBD_AE your new app/portal ENBDX is NOT working properly. Accept that. You need to fix it before forcing users to use it without being able to revert to old app. Please! Now I can't even make own account payments from saving to current. NOTIFY CUSTOMERS!

@EmiratesNBD_AE .... sent out to customers about this issue. All am saying is that since the upgrade we cannot go back and use the old platform but the new one is still full of bugs. When you face such BIG technical issues you should inform customers so at least we can take necessary actions.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Hi Eslam, the new ENBDX has a lot of issue, apparently right now we are Hamble to make any transfer from smart saver account. According to customer service, issue should be fixed by first of Feb. That means no access to our funds from online banking till then and no notice was

@DMCCAuthority question: new client setting up a company makes a mistake in the application form and is asked to pay AED 1035 again? Is this business friendly? What is the logic of penalising new clients for a misunderstanding int he application?

People tell me: oh this is not hot for you, you must be used to the heat in Dubai. Let's set one thing straight: in Dubai we do not deal with heat. We stay indoor. And everywhere indoor we have a/c. So we from Dubai suffer heat even more than you do.
