@urbanclap your service is useless, had an issue with my native water purifier and it seems I first need to buy a TDS meter and then do the checks myself and then your team will decide if a technician needs to be sent what's the purpose of AMC if I need to do everything myself

@onsitego Say something new, same story you have been peddling for a week now but no one actually calls back or updates, using words to obscure a proper reply is soo old school and reminds me of the scamsters. I think your founders aim is to go public and book out, not make customers happy
They seems to be a full scam setup, no technician visited but got message saying tech has visited and diagnosed problem which was same as what he did on 21st, so basically no repairs done still, I strongly suggest stay away from this company and avoid the AMC they offer

@urbancompany_UC suggest have some etiquette training for your technicians as well, t high horse arrogant behaviour won't get u customers, dishing other vendors filters as local isn't the way to go IMHO, u don't hv to insult rival companies in front of clients, just offputting

@delhivery 12 days ago I booked a courier from Noida to Chennai and it's still not delivered, how is this even possible, why be in the courier business if this is the level of your service, next time I will still to good old speed post only
