@ZeptoNow At this point, it’s not a glitch — it’s broken operations.
If your stores can’t fulfill orders and your support can’t resolve issues, what exactly are you optimizing for?
Definitely not the customer.
@ZeptoNow is setting new lows in customer experience.
“5–7 mins delivery” is a joke at this point. Orders sit for 30+ mins with “rider not assigned.”
Raised multiple escalations. Result? Zero action. Same scripted excuse every time — “issue at the store.”
#Zepto#BadExp#worst
And let’s talk about that chatbot — completely useless. No real help, just endless frustration loops.
This isn’t a one-off. It’s a pattern. Fix your store ops, fix your support, or stop making promises you clearly can’t keep.
Customers deserve honesty, not excuses.
An LLM is just a function. The context window is its argument buffer.
Context Window >= Input Tokens + Output Tokens
Once this clicked, I stopped blaming the model for "forgetting" things.
Wrote a short post explaining these concepts.

Module 2 is live: “Prompt Structure & Role Engineering”
• Learn a 6-part prompt template that transforms vague instructions into precise, expert-level outputs.
• Discover how to assign a role to the model (Cloud Architect, etc) so you get domain-specific responses, tone & depth
Just dropped Module 1: How Large Language Models Think
A simple breakdown of how LLMs work, what prompting really means, and how models predict the next token explained with visuals & real-world examples.

**Dear @RBI@PMOIndia@ICICIBank :**
Your policies are contradicting your vision. A 11-year veteran with excellent financials shouldn't be penalized for choosing innovation over corporate comfort.
Time to align lending policies with national priorities
It's time for our lending policies to evolve. We need a system that assesses an individual on their own merit, not one that disqualifies them for being part of India's growth story. The vision for a new India requires a new way of banking.
The Startup Paradox: Are we penalizing India's innovators?
There's a fundamental disconnect between our national ambitions and our financial realities.
@ICICIBank@RBI@PMOIndia#Atmanirbharta
**The Message:**
We can't build a startup ecosystem while treating startup employees as second-class borrowers. If banks won't fund the people building India's future, how do we expect them to take entrepreneurial risks?
