So now it reduces to 47 days and now it's 35 days.

And there is this 319 plan which is waiting for it's decrease from 60 days validity.

I shifted to bsnl from airtel and side then there used to be 107 plan which gives 35 days validity and 3 gb data.
But eventually they keep reducing validity from 35 to 27 and then to 20 days now...

Idiots reduced their plan validities too much
For example
107 recharge gives you 35 days of validity but within a year they reduced it two times from 35 to 27 to 22.

No wonder they are at the place they are in.
