I said it before: the first instinct of a woman after you uncover her atrocities is to blame you for uncovering her. Some say it; some will not say it.

And this is exactly the reason you must not forgive a woman you caught cheating, because her plea for forgiveness does not erase that feminine tendency to detest accountability.

Which is to say, while she's asking for forgiveness, she's equally upset that you have put her in that position.

If you forgive her, she will express that resentment later, albeit subtly.

That's how much women hate accountability.

The truth is, women survive on idealisation. Therefore, the realisation that she's a whore kills the idealisation of her as someone not capable of such. And with that, the benefits she had been receiving for being perceived as decent, holy, or a good woman... Whatever that nonsense means.

Now she's not only troubled that you caught her; she's also mad that her leverage with you is gone, as she's very aware that you'll never see her the same again.

I mean to say that she knows the major reason why you worshipped the ground she walked on was not because she brings anything tangible to the relationship, but because you viewed her through a gynocentric lens: sacred, weak, and not filth—which she is.

And now that you know and have uncovered her, all or most of what she enjoyed through your ignorance is gone.

So forgiving her only gives her access to your crumbs. She cannot ask for more. She cannot emotionally manipulate you.

It is in this state of limited access to you that she resents you for ever catching her with another guy.

Choice is yours.
