Castle Acre is a cute little Norfolk village with castle ruins from 1085 and priory ruins from around the same time. The village itself was also already listed in the Domesday book in 1086.
“De Inktpot” (the inkwell) in Utrecht is the largest brick building in the Netherlands. It was built between in 1921 for the Dutch railways. It has 22 million bricks and 700 doors.
