@RadioClydeNews @HeartScotNews @LBC @BBCScotlandNews can any of you help? Still being told wet-led pubs in Scotland ie ones without kitchen areas, will not be allowed to serve alcohol outdoors come 26th April. Maybe a q for first minister at next COVID briefing?

We had hoped to open sooner, however due to no change in current legislation requiring premises to have a kitchen area in order to serve alcohol outdoors (meal or no meal), this won’t be possible.

5 weeks to go. There might even be another couple of surprises to show off too 😉

Where is the evidence that pubs with kitchens and outdoor areas are safer than those without kitchen areas?

We know this isn’t new as was same reason we were forced to close in November it is fundamentally wrong!
