I am against sentences that send messages, or treat some people as more important than others. Sentence him similarly to other such idiots.

I have no issues with long sentences when deserved. I just don't think the wounding of anyone deserves a death sentence.

@eldarmark @BFrankzetta @memeticsisyphus Society is not served well when EVERY crime gets a life sentence. We have to pay to incarcerate these people. And someone getting minorly hurt by a ricochet not aimed at them is not something to destroy lives over (unlike the example crimes I mentioned).
