Fix the fraud in HUD. My son (first time buyer program) put a bid in with a local realtor who takes HUD bids and found out a relative of the person who took our bid, outbid us. We live in a small town. No one moved in the house for a whole year and then it went back on the market for a major profit. We escalated it with HUD, but she said there was nothing they could do. This program is a joke.
