@SsejjengoFrank@WeAreYouthsUg@omwavu We need to promote inclusion but not calling them differently abled, all children are the same, we just need to eliminate barriers to participation so that they can also participate fully.
@SsejjengoFrank@WeAreYouthsUg@omwavu Great, but we don't call them "differently abled children" ,that's a form of labeling children with disabilities. Who determines "ableism and normalcy"?
@SpiceDianaUg@WinnieNwagi As a child with spastic cerebral palsy, i believe that Olisha will get the necessary care she needs since the foundation caters for children with disabilities.
@SpiceDianaUg@WinnieNwagi I want to thank you for your generosity, in Uganda i haven't seen an artist with a heart like yours and i pray that God continues to bless you. My only worry is on Owen because he's going to be institutionalized at the foundation yet it caters for children with special needs.
@ntvuganda Dr. Muwanga shouldn't view disability within the medical lens, secondly he shouldn't use words like " normally" because persons with disability are also normal just like others.
