horrendous experience with @Delta today. supposed to leave JFK at 11:10, the plane was partially boarded and we had to deplane to give the aircraft to another flight. we get a new aircraft, but then our crew was reassigned and we get a departure time of 2:18 then 2:45

Now we’ve been sitting on the plane for over an hour and we’re waiting for catering with no end in sight and crew doesn’t have any updates to give. We should’ve been an hour or so away from SFO right now.
