@OpenreachHelp your engineer didn't show yesterday for the appointment. This morning I have had a text saying 'sorry' buyr that's fairly empty when I have been given no indication when a new appointment will be made. Any idea how long it will take? We are on say 5 now.

I just have also known, and lost, people who may have struggled with a mask due to severe asthma. I wouldn't want people to assume they could cope with things I can, just because we have the same label.

I can generally control mine without inhalers etc I can wear a mask without problems, it actually helps when exercising in the cold. Others have attacks that hospitalise them multiple times a year, masks for them will be more difficult

@WhiteStuffUK do you have any plans to use a wider range of models? It's hard to tell how anything would look on me when the models are all the same slender, slightly androgynous shape.
