Many say baseball is a game of failure b/c even the best batters fail 2 out of 3 times. But it’s really a game of opportunity. Every at bat is an opportunity to make the next one great. Same with life. No matter what happened yesterday you have an opportunity to make today great.

@dgentry79 @mszbranek3rd How can we encourage to learn about each other’s culture and connect that back to our curriculum to make it fun for students to learn?

As a leader your job is to serve, not be served. Your team needs to know you care. Serve their heart. Your team needs to improve. Serve their talent. Your team struggles with doubt. Serve their mind and spirit. Your team has potential. Serve their growth.
