@British_Airways 1/2 utterly appalled at the complete disorganisation for 150 passengers who have just got off the vegas to Heathrow flight and went for the connection at 5.20 to Glasgow.. we were all there waiting to go through

@British_Airways We have done that (obviously) … they just say someone in an office made decision nobody could board .. everyone is exhausted afterr travelling for so long and nobody has a clue what is happening .. we would like to hire a car and drive or get the train .. what are the options

@QPark_UK hi .. I booked parking and the number recognition didn’t work. Waterloo street Glasgow .. my phone was dead so didn’t have the qr code .. as a queue was forming behind me I just took a ticket .. I have the ticket . What can I do to avoid double paying .. ctd

@NettThom @CitizensAdvice @DWPgovuk I have tried .. but they are a nightmare .. feel like it’s easier if u r used to the benefits system .. nobody in my family has ever claimed … so it’s a total nightmare .. pages and pages wirh tons of info and stuff we don’t understand. Total lack of empathy from @DWPgovuk
