@PPaulCharles Hi Paul, is this, the industry will only be notified when they can resume when its August, or they will be notified in advance that there's a date in August when travel can resume? Subtle difference. Hoping the later to allow plans to be made, but I doubt it unfortunately...

@SimonCalder with USA not being a 'green list' country won't Mr Biden have to quarantine for 10 days prior to attending the G7? Or is there a loop hole that will allow the USA delegates to avoid it? Asking as someone who is hoping the USA go green ASAP!

@r0bwfoster @Hoseasons Hi Rob, yeah it took 9 days for HS to read my messages. Not sure whether this was because it was my turn or they got fed up of me spamming them with messages??? When they did finally get in touch the issue was resolved in about 5mins, which is both great and frustrating!!!!

@AmandaStewart74 @Hoseasons Don't get me wrong, we really needed a holiday this year and would love to have gone on this hoseasons trip as our Disney trip was also cancelled!! Let's hope this is all resolved by Easter 21 😬

@AmandaStewart74 @Hoseasons Ah OK, our week this year would've been Easter holiday and it has now been moved to Easter holiday 21. The price was basically doubled to do this (we booked relatively last minute this year, foolish I know) so have got an 800 holiday for 400 now they've price matched

@AmandaStewart74 @Hoseasons Hi Amanda, sorry to hear that. They price matched a change of date for us. But that was due to us having to go in school holidays and the same date next year wasn't. So they shifted it back a week and price matched. Hopefully you get a positive response from them.

@AmandaStewart74 @Hoseasons Thanks Amanda. Just to update Frankie from HS has just responded to my DMs and the rebooking has been sorted, which is great. It took 9 days to come back to me via DMs, but once you've got them, they resolved it very quickly. Think HS need to get more staff in!

I'm now at 8 days and they haven't even read the DMs. The frustrating thing is that we were 99% agreed on moving my holiday and I'm just waiting for them to confirm and then they sent the voucher, which isn't needed and stopped responding. 🤔
