Middle aged, grumpy, putting on weight & a hairline retreating faster than the French at the first sign of a German Panzer. Rangers daft, indie music lover ๐ฌ๐ง
@johnmcdonnellMP Smashing a police office in the spine with a sledgehammer counts as protesting does it John. But then again you always have been pro violence when it suits you, remember your comments on Esther McVey?
@urbanrealm@PastGlasgow The buses are gonna tear that up, that's a nice surface, but it's not the right surface for heavy vehicles.
Within a few years that surface will be scared with tarmac patches.
@PolitlcsUK@FUDdaily This is sadly irrelevant in Scottish Politics as it will in no way effect how people vote, there could be a dozen Murrells in the upper echelons of the party, but it would not make one iota of difference to voting intentions.
@Smidgey1@AlanSherry1@MhairiHunter@Detroit67Book Manchesters transport is way better that ours. Their tram system is outstanding and covers so much of the city.
One of the most short sighted decisions Glasgow ever made was to rip out the tram system.
@kfullermusic@is_glasgow Amsterdam has huge issues with the number of bikes in the city center. It will only be a growing issue if we don't learn from the dutch but it appears we're not. It seems we are just keen to get as many people on bikes as possible without regard to the issues they can bring.
@MorseOnPolitics@JackMac_82@YouGov Your point was it's the "only city with a national parliament/ government, which is unquestionably false.
Even the Isle of Mann has its own parliament.
@SartorialThug I have a mate that will wear shorts and flip flops on a hot day, ashamed to be seen with him when the suns out if I'm honest.
Short sleeve shirt, chinos and a paired of smart light weight boots is the way to go.
