Google Ads started enforcing bid targets today.
If your budget-capped campaigns were beating their tCPA or tROAS, that's over.

Businesses stuck at 4X ROAS collect hacks.
Businesses at 10X run a process that always wins.
The fastest tell: if every month gets the same ad budget, half of it is running in your worst months.
B2C startups scaling beyond 4 ROAS don't need hacks.
They need predictable performance marketing systems that work and continuously improve.
Once UNLOCKED, 10 ROAS and beyond is achievable.

I believe it's hard to identify if it's getting easier or harder because it's becoming noisier. Yes, there is a lot of information, but it's much more noise, and also every decision-maker right now is confused about what to buy. It's just different.
The most important thing that I keep reminding myself every day as a founder is just to stay consistent and stay in the game.
