More than 7 days, and @reliancejio still hasn’t resolved my issue. It’s been 4 days since the replacement order, yet no engineer has been sent. Customer care kept me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected the call.

3+ days after payment, my JioFiber is still not installed. Order: NO0001EPBEB.
No response, only "We're scheduling it." Worst service. Install it ASAP or stop misleading customers.
