I've tried to keep my discourse on X regarding this situation in private DMs with the higher ups at riot (which have been extremely kind, patient and understanding), but now with @ItsGamerDoc resorting to DM'ing blatant lies to everyone to avoid getting fact checked by the public, I have to say something. Gamerdoc follows me title to title doing this exact same thing, and after I was nothing but open minded towards him and his boss when they severely and legally fucked up for @riotgames, he still finds ways to be petty and targets me game to game through other devs, these private DMs prove exactly that. I have received the message loud and clear @ItsGamerDoc.

Let me ask you this @ItsGamerDoc, weren't you just posting and using mental health to victimize yourself to get out of this situation and your mistake, but still have the nerve to pump disinformation into everyone's private DMs since you know you would get fact checked and cooked publicly?

To add, there is clearly a misuse of power going on in these departments, in order to save face when these devs are wrong, they use out of context backend information to twist narratives with falsehoods publicly, and now, through individual people's DMs just to justify and cover up their mistakes. They can *never* be wrong, that drew levin apology was clearly just a ploy to give credibility to their next lie, which is being done now, they have now moved the goalpost on the ban reason multiple times instead of admitting that they were and are wrong about the intention of it all.

Imagine if we didn’t have vods or clips, imagine all the off stream players falsely punished because of power tripping ego maniacs, ***they are clearly willing to lie to be right***, even now WITH the vod footage they are still trying to tell us and the world what our intention was and still is despite the contradicting evidence, and normally, without access to the backend these users and/or streamers receiving this information could never refute their blatant injection of disinformation. This is a direct example of targeting and a misuse of power.

My daughter picked up my grandson with a rope burn around his neck and the daycare said he "fell on the playground."

Kid's two years old. Can barely explain what happened. She signs him out, notices red marks on his neck.

Teacher hands her an incident report. "He fell off the climbing structure. Just some minor scrapes."

My daughter looks at the marks. They're not scrapes. They're friction burns, circular, around his throat.

"This looks like a rope burn."

"Oh, well, there are ropes on the structure. He probably slid down one wrong."

My daughter's a nurse. She knows what she's looking at. "These marks go all the way around his neck. He didn't slide down a rope. Something was wrapped around his throat."

Teacher gets flustered. Says she wasn't there when it happened, the other teacher wrote the report, she's just relaying information.

My daughter asks to speak to whoever witnessed it. Director comes out.

Story changes. Now it was "some kind of accident with a jump rope" on the playground.

"Why does the report say he fell off a climber?"

"That must've been a miscommunication...."

"Show me the playground camera footage."

Director's face changes. "We don't record the playground for privacy reasons."

My daughter pulls out her phone, takes photos of my grandson's neck. "Either you figure out exactly what happened, or I'm calling CPS and a lawyer."

Took them an hour. Finally admitted two older kids were "playing" with a jump rope and wrapped it around my grandson's neck. Teacher on duty was on her phone and didn't see it happen.

My daughter pulled him that day. Filed a report with state licensing.

Facility got cited for inadequate supervision. Still operating, but under probation.

Accidents happen with kids. Lying about what happened makes it abuse.
