This week I went hard on FACS codes for facial animation. Here's the full journey: fails, semi-wins and what actually worked.

All generated at 480p (lower inference load = much more stable motion) then upscaled.

Tutto in meno di 24h.

Dentro trovi:

1. 70,94 mld pagati dai Comuni da gennaio ad agosto 2026, divisi nelle 7 voci di uscita
2. 614 mld pagati dal bilancio dello Stato nei primi sei mesi, per missione e amministrazione
3. 1.838.162 progetti finanziati da fondi di coesione e PNRR
4. 7.979 società partecipate e gli 8.360 enti che ne dichiarano quote

È tutto open source e c'è ancora parecchio da fare: mancano gli appalti ANAC, le Regioni, la sanità, e tanto altro!

Le grandi piattaforme che servono utenti UK (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, Spotify, Discord ecc…) non possono permettersi di ignorare la legge britannica.
L’Online Safety Act si applica a qualsiasi servizio accessibile da utenti nel Regno Unito, indipendentemente da dove ha sede l’azienda. Le multe arrivano fino al 10% del fatturato globale o il blocco del servizio nel paese.
Apple (società americana) ha già implementato la verifica di età sui dispositivi UK. Molte altre piattaforme mainstream stanno facendo lo stesso proprio per compliance.
Le app di nicchia o quelle disposte a perdere il mercato UK possono anche ignorare, ma per i social e i servizi che usa la stragrande maggioranza delle persone il controllo sta arrivando lo stesso, e quando è a livello di dispositivo o di account, la VPN da sola non lo aggira più.
