@AntiEVidiots I live on Luing Island and love my EV (Kona). Perfect for island life. To get fuel I'd need to drive to the ferry slip, get the ferry to Seil then drive to Oban and then the same back again. Total of 40 miles and a return ferry. All I do is plug in for a bit.

@wodieskodie Fair enough. I had assumed that you used a management program which would handle the reposting process across multiple platforms. I agree that doing it manually would be a total pain.

@santanderuk My deaf-blind wife calls to upgrade account. Gets hung up on 3 times before put through to a patronising, condescending operative who talks to her like she's an idiot. When we tell him not to behave like that he hangs up. Truly shocking. Do you not train staff?

@santanderukhelp Current account from 123 account to Edge Up . Alled 03301230061 and got cut off, called again and operative claimed he couldn't hear her & hung up. Called again and instead of being transferred, was sent back to IVR menu. Called again, get transferred to 'Hait'
