May was tough, with most losses occurring in the first 30 minutes of the market. To stay disciplined, I’m shifting my strategy: no trading at the open—only looking for setups between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. 📉💡
Great discipline today. Market was choppy at the open.
1. First trade was not bad (only half position out at profit)
2. The other half at breakeven
3. The second one ran to full take profit
After seeing market weakness on ES and NQ, NVIDIA really gave us a push down. $NVDA
I have decided to remain sidelined today. Market conditions are currently characterized by significant chop and inconsistent price action. Respecting my risk management strategy during these periods is a priority.
Patience was key. Waited an hour for volatility to subside after initial rally. Took $TSLA setup; avoided $PLTR due to unclear direction. Stayed disciplined. 📈 #Trading#TSLA#PLTR
Entered $PLTR early this month. Setup moved significantly in my favor, but network issues forced a breakeven exit. Frustrating to miss a $1,500 move that would’ve cleared losses, but risk management comes first. On to the next. 📉💻 #Trading#PLTR#RiskManagement
Rough March: Down $1.4k. 📉
While most days were green, my losses outweighed my wins. A major setback was overtrading on March 18th—breaking my own rules.
Lesson learned for April:
✅ Be more selective
✅ Exercise patience
✅ Stick to the plan
Onward. 📈 #Trading#Psychology
Didn’t take a trade for the first 1 hour. First trade was $TSLA puts but I got stopped out with a loss of 200$ second trade on $TSLA puts finally showed some action with the market making a little over 800$ and total profit of 600$ on the day.
2 trades on $NVDA. managed well and executed well, second trade was longs cause NQ and ES was looking strong but failed to hold and I had to get out of the trade at a small lose. I was lower size on the day though. #daytrading
Took two trades today, both Nvidia puts. The first one worked out; I scaled out with a hit on breakeven. The second one stopped me out after the market had a big push. Overall, I managed risk well and kept losses under $700. $NVDA
Just on a losing streak. The $NVDA setup was good but it ranged too much; I should have stopped out at breakeven. The $TSLA trade was poorly planned—as $NQ was dropping, I was in calls thinking it might hold PDH and VWAP, but that’s nothing compared to the overall market trend.
Terrible loss today. Took both NVDA calls at the open, not realizing ES and NQ were ranging. Should have avoided trading today with so much news this week.

All the grinding over the last two weeks this month, only to give it all back in one day—kind of disappointing, but it's part of real trading. Losses do happen. I kept telling myself I still have a cushion even though I gave it all back in one day, which is very disappointing.
Not a bad trading day today. Back to normal. Traded NVIDIA all day as it showed the most opportunities, while staying very cautious with so much news this week.

$TSLA held Tesla for too long. Should have exited at breakeven. I was almost up $400 on the trade. Need to work on my exits and entries. I need to place a hard stop.
$TSLA and $NVDA
I wanted to buy puts on NVDA at the break of the $182 key level, but it got stuck in a range between $182–$182.50. I should have entered puts at the $182.50 level.
Also should have held 2 runners on $TSLA.
