One time we had an especially late night LAN in-studio - almost midnight. There were multiple lobby remakes and everyone was pissed. We ran so late because I accidentally messed up the spectator client network and blamed it on something else. Sorry.

I have been spent thousands at IHG properties with my family in the past few years - to the extent of driving out of the way to stay at their locations. Seriously considering transferring loyalty to another provider and being done with IHG altogether after this.

Terrible experience with @IHGOneRewards as a Platinum Rewards member. Lots of craziness with my credit card and then essentially being told to “just dispute it with my credit company” without IHG offering any resolution. Really disappointed. Case # 10571943873
