I think she’s a terrible person. But this thing where people lie on innocent Black men—using stereotypes and starting discourses continuing intra-group conflict—isn’t just about her. She’ll do 90 days in jail, still be struggling mentally, and still have plenty of people backing her because they already believe Black men are violent. This isn’t an individual problem; it’s a whole system built on those beliefs that suggests that evidence is not required when Black men are perceived as perpetrators. Locking her up won’t fix that (it certainly will not deter others) it’s bigger than her.

A well grounded backend engineer can pick up a new stack for a new job and be fine in a few weeks.
This is because every other thing is basically the same. Also, things are bit more stable and predictable.

Frontend on the other hand requires a lot more. And no, I don’t mean CSS 😂
Frameworks and libraries are changing rapidly. This means you won’t really take full advantage of your 6 years experience since the Angular or React you knew 6 years ago has drastically changed.

It becomes even more complicated if you are a mobile engineer. With every new OS release and new device, you have new stuff to learn.

When I say frontend is more difficult, I don’t mean backend is easy. These are two different things. Perhaps you are mixing them together.
