Gameloom would have saved me from the “Silverback”
I was once tasked with building a mobile studio from scratch.
Every greenlight was a white-knuckle ride, with our boss the “Silverback" putting the fear of God into us about wasting budget.
Fueling the Loom 🚀🚀🚀
We’re excited to announce that Fuel Ventures has joined Gameloom as a pre-seed investor.
Their backing helps us pursue a simple question:
What if game developers could validate a game idea before spending months (or even years) building it?
This investment lets us accelerate our roadmap, expand our Unity integration, deliver Unreal Engine & Godot support, and invest in developer advocacy and customer success.
We’re only at the beginning, but today we’re able to move much faster.
Thanks to the Fuel Ventures team for believing in what we’re building.

Privacy shouldn't be vague.
With Gameloom, you know exactly what you’re sharing:
Your concept or GDD text, plus your selected platform. That’s it.
Your art, code, scenes, prefabs and builds are never touched. Never used to train AI models. Never sold.
Your project stays yours.

Why not just ask ChatGPT or Claude to validate a game concept?
You can. And you will get a fluent, well-organised, plausible answer. That is exactly what these systems are good at. The problem is what that answer is made of.
Every comparable arrives with a link to its store page, so you can go and check it yourself.
And if you work in Claude or Cursor, keep going. Gameloom runs an MCP server. Use the model as the interface. Just not as the source.
What if you could test your game idea against the market before building it?
Gameloom for Unity lets you paste a concept, choose your platform and get a market read in about a minute.
Closest shipped games. Pricing. Player sentiment. What survived. What died and why.

𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲. See what you get back: the verdict, the shipped games closest to your concept, and which of them died.

It reads the concept you submit, never your project. Unity 2022.3 or newer, Editor only.

Gameloom is now on the Unity Asset Store.
It answers one question inside the Unity Editor: Has anyone already tried this idea, and how did it go for them?
No account, no API key, no AI credits. About a minute per read.
And the part we care about most: games like yours that died, and why.
Grouped so you can see the pattern rather than five separate sad stories. That is what 10K+ postmortems are for.
