How to craft stream titles that attract new viewers...

@apollonator3000 I got paid $75 for leveling someone’s account in WoW when I was around the age of 16. It was one of the catalysts that got on the path I’m on now.

@DougPolkVids @IgorKurganov That depends on what you consider produced the “rank” in that scenario. He’s ranked for timed runs. If he completed the timed run… there’s a fair argument to his ranking claim, even if it involved RMT/Piloting/Power leveling. PoE 2 is different because the rank = the level.

@SeanODowd15 I guess another lesson to learn would be to not complain about how something is overpriced while citing an overpriced education that taught you something a free calculator app can easily prove you wrong.

@jspujji @chrismaconi It’s not a point. Bill Belichick, Pat Riley, Erik Spoelstra, Woody Hayes, Bobby Cox, Steve Kerr, Ryan Day. Just off the top of my head. Sports are littered with people who couldn’t compete but are elite coaches/trainers/developers. It’s just a phrase that people pass around.

@Kartikayb77 Anything worth doing, is worth doing poorly at first.

@ViperChill Accidental clicks have been happening way more often for me as a user. I’m not so sure it’s accidental… because I’m not that inaccurate on any other platform. But I’m frequently confused as I see a page load and it’s not the comments of a thread I thought I clicked.

@JoeHolder_ How is this a case study on the impact, when there’s no evidence or data on the impact of either ad being discussed? Sure I like the Nike ad better, but our opinion is irrelevant to “impact” is it not?

[Gameonaire @gameonaire]

@snoopeh If the landing page is something you plan to use for a while or is important to your funnel, I’d test the messaging/angle heavily and the rework the video to match the what the data finds.

[Gameonaire @gameonaire]

@snoopeh Headline could use some work. I’d test something that uses more specific numbers. 3x appears generic and doesn’t speak to the user. “673 views to 24,088 views” I’d also try to rework it to shorten the timeline if possible for a quicker win. “after switching these 4 things”

12/ Brainstorm

It'll take time and practice coming up with winning titles.

Look around and spot good titles that will help spark new ideas to improve the titles you write.

Have any good ones that you've seen that you want to share?
