I had this issue once where they mistaken my trade-in for someone else's and when I requested my device back they sent me someone's device that was a completely different model and had a different customer's name to make things worse on the back.

@sondesix I have played every server in most fps/tps mobile games. I have made it to the top 50 of the leaderboards on my Samsung devices with snapdragon. I have beaten popular streamers/YouTubers that normally play mobile games too.

@sondesix They're an amazing company and I'm not trying to be biased cause I worked for them. I have worked for 10 other companies (Intel, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, etc.) and none of them can compare to how Samsung has treated and taken care of me.
