@BlueDartCares The issue still stays. I got a message directlt saying i cancelled the pickup. Are they nuts or what? I have discussed with bluedart executive and he said he will make pickup but the next moment i got message thet it has cancelled.

@ShiprocketIndia@BlueDart_ One of your agent is reaponsible behind this. Why can't your agent come on the address and pick the item? Is the missed calls necessary? Is it that hard for you guys? Do you think someone makes return pickup just for cancelling?

I advice everyone not to use @ShiprocketIndia they didn't even try to check or care what customer is saying. They are teeling me to contact with seller regarding cancellation. But did not understand that i do not want to cancel thr order but their delivery person are doing this.

@SwiggyInstamart Are your support teams are full of shit people? I am sharing the video of the problem from last 5 days but they keep replying same mail and asking a video of 10 to 15 sec under 20 mb. It is already compressed to 25mb. Why can't you focus on the issue.

I have ordered on 18 nov but did not get the item still not it shows any progress. I have contacted your agents again and again and they say order will cancelled on 72 hours but still nothing.
