@uber it’s 9:20 AM on the East Coast of the United States and driver support is closed for rides and doesn’t open until 11AM but support for food deliveries is open. I don’t even know what to say. Who makes decisions like this?

Has anyone else noticed the surge of bots in @RocketLeague sideswipe lately? I’m sure there’s a lot who have; it’s obvious. Their play style and basic movements are identical. They could have screwed up the standard RL bots but they have always played better than these do.

@HSBC_US I did what you requested. On 1-24 I provided my contact info and have heard nothing. I’ve been more than polite and patient yet it’s gotten me nowhere. I’m still in disbelief that doing nothing is the path you’ve chosen but it’s not going to make this go away. Unlike HSBC in this situation, I will take the appropriate action and get this matter resolved. #CustomerExperience is awful.

The titles department is behaving like they can just blow me off with letters, say this is all they can do and this issue will just go away but that’s not going to happen. I will pursue this until you fulfill your obligation.

@HSBC_US I need assistance from someone with some authority before I go to the #BBB and/or seek legal counsel for resolution. HSBC still has a lien on auto loan from April 2003 and your titles department refuses to fulfill your obligation and clear it because your records have been purged. This is almost a 21 year old auto loan that was paid off some 15 or so years ago and the lien was never cleared. IF I still owed anything (which I do not) that’s begs the question of why has the car remained in my possession all of these years?

They sent an unofficial (no signature) no interest letter knowing this does nothing to satisfy the lien you filed with the state of Florida. The car is sold and I cannot get the title from Florida DMV because HSBC will not do what you should have done 15 years ago when the debt was paid off. You know an error was made on your part and refuse to correct it. You are now intentionally holding my property because you purge loan records. How is that my burden to bear? I didn’t screw this up, you and you alone are responsible and you’re attempting to make me pay the price for it.

@FortniteStatus EVERY FRIGGIN EVENT my grandson gets disappointed because you aren’t prepared for the load. I’ve spent way too damn much money on this game for him to not be able to enjoy the events you guys pump him up for only to disappoint him when he can’t play. Ok so this does not compute. You’re adding a mode to Fortnite for RL a month before trading is removed so they are obviously compatible game modes with trading on.

When are you going to stop insulting peoples intelligence and admit the truth? Removing trading is a financial decision to funnel 100% of our money to Epic via the item shop and at the same time shut down the third parties who make their living selling virtual items from games.

Now this is a straight kick in the teeth and a very clear statement that you want more money from in-game purchases, and you’re counting on it increasing revenue. I am sure there’s a good bit of administrative expenses dealing with support tickets opened over trades but is that more than what you’ll lose from the players leaving? Me being one, peace! Trading is great to do when I don’t feel like playing matches.
