Most people use Claude like a chatbot.

Ask a question → get an answer → move on.

That’s only the beginner level.

The real value starts when you give Claude context, constraints, and a real workflow.

Here’s how I’d actually use it:

→ Research: Give it sources, notes, requirements, and goals. Ask it to find patterns, compare information, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and turn research into actionable insights.

→ Long Documents: Feed it reports, proposals, PDFs, or documentation and turn scattered information into key points → risks → missing information → action items.

→ Coding: Use it to review code, find bugs, explain unfamiliar codebases, refactor messy logic, identify edge cases, and improve documentation.

→ Content Systems: Don’t just say “write me a post.” Give it your audience, niche, previous content, tone, and objective. Then build a repeatable content workflow instead of generating random posts.

→ Idea → System: Take a messy business or project idea and structure it into Problem → Audience → Solution → Workflow → Resources → Risks → Next Steps.

→ Second Brain: Connect your research, notes, documents, frameworks, and project context so scattered information becomes something you can actually work with.

The biggest mistake?

Using Claude as a smarter Google search box.

A better approach is:

Context → Reasoning → Verification → Execution

AI becomes much more valuable when it becomes part of your workflow—not just another app you open when you need an answer.

币圈这件事真的挺讽刺：新人刚进来，全都忙着学怎么赚钱，没人先好好学怎么不亏钱。

刚入圈就有人带着买币、开合约、抢空投、追热点。

可很多基础问题都没搞懂：
区块链到底是什么？
U为啥不是美元？
钱包里的币到底存在哪里？
为啥别人能赚钱，自己一买就被套？

底层知识啥都不清楚的时候，交易就跟赌运气差不多。
靠运气赚来的钱，最后大概率都会亏回去。

今天一次性把币圈底层的东西讲明白。
看懂这篇，你的认知就能超过市面上大部分散户。

一、区块链到底是什么？
不用难懂的词，简单说：全网一起用，不能随便改的公开电子账本。

每一笔转账，都会打包成区块，串成一条链，全网的节点一起记录核对。
链上记录谁都能查，但要注意：有记录不代表项目靠谱，骗子操作也会留在链上。

二、区块链 ≠ 比特币
很多新人都会搞错，以为比特币就是区块链。

区块链是底层技术，比特币只是第一个用这项技术做出来的产品。
每条公链都是独立的生态，BTC、ETH、SOL、BNB Chain各干各的，互相不通。

看不懂这些公链，你很难分清哪些是真热点，哪些是假热点、仿盘、空气币。

三、为啥市面上有这么多条链、这么多种币？
你可以把每条公链想象成一座独立城市。
公链原生币，就是这座城市里面流通的钱。

公链上面可以无限发新的代币。
项目方发币，只是借用公链的网络，公链不会给项目做担保。

新手避坑提醒：别光看名字和图片就买币，一定要核对链信息和合约地址，大部分假币都是靠这个收割人的。

四、智能合约，币圈所有玩法的核心
币圈的兑换、流动性、NFT、DeFi，全靠智能合约自动运行。

记住一句话：智能合约只认代码，不管道理、良心和故事。
代码有漏洞、权限没锁死、留了后门，用户的资产随时会被转走。

五、大家天天说的“U”是什么？
USDT、USDC是稳定币，价格跟着美元走。

但是U并不是美元，没有银行兜底，有脱锚和发行风险。
同一种U分不同公链，转错网络，钱就找不回来了。

新人大部分转账翻车，都是栽在这里。

六、钱包里面存的是什么？
99%的人都理解错了，你的币不在钱包APP里面，而是记在区块链账本上。

钱包只是一把钥匙：地址用来收款查余额，助记词、私钥决定钱是谁的。

一定要记住：改钱包密码保护不了资产，私钥一旦泄露，钱直接清零。

七、交易所 vs 钱包，两种完全不一样的风控
中心化交易所：平台帮你保管私钥，盈亏记在平台账本，只有提币的时候资产才会上链。
去中心化钱包：资产自己管，所有风险自己扛。

只懂其中一种，不清楚好坏，早晚会被市场收割。

八、钱包显示有钱，但是转不出去？缺Gas
每一笔链上转账，都要付网络手续费Gas。
钱包里面有USDT，没有对应公链的Gas，就没法转账。

新人第一次转账记住：核对币种、网络、地址，小额先试转。

九、现货和合约，完全是两个世界
现货就是直接买币拿在手里。
合约是带杠杆的衍生品，可以多空双向交易，有强平和资金费率。

新人铁律：没把现货搞明白，绝对不要碰合约。
杠杆不会帮你多赚钱，只会放大你的贪婪和恐惧。

十、别被几分钱的低价币骗了
代币单价低，不代表它便宜。

估值要看：单价 × 流通市值。
很多低价币流通量巨大，基本就是归零盘、割韭菜盘。

还要结合流动性、滑点、筹码结构，才能分清是机会还是陷阱。

十一、NFT/DeFi/DAO/Meme，不用急着冲，但得懂一点
这些赛道的风险逻辑差不多：故事可以包装，数据可以造假，合约可以留后门。

看懂底层逻辑，才不会被热度和社区氛围带偏。

十二、新人刚入场，实用交易认知
1. 只用闲钱玩，绝不借钱交易
2. 看不懂的签名、授权，一律不点
3. 大小钱包分开用，降低批量授权的风险
4. 只走官方渠道，不点陌生链接
5. 不盲目FOMO，不追高，不重仓想着回本
6. 每一笔交易，提前想好什么时候进场、什么时候离场

最后说句实在话。
币圈从来不缺机会，缺懂底层逻辑、会风控、不盲目跟风的人。

很多人亏钱，不是输给行情，
而是认知跟不上，却总想赚认知以外的钱。

先学底层逻辑，再看盘面；
先搞懂风险，再谈赚钱。
想要长期在Web3活下去，只能这样。

one tweet from a major influencer can turn an almost unknown memecoin into a trending token within minutes.

but timing isn’t everything — memecoins can pump hard and crash just as quickly, so profits are never guaranteed.

Ask:
