Never flying @Delta again. Sat on plane at gate 1.5 hrs due to staff underestimating the # bags on plane. Missed connecting flight to DAL and next flight not till 9pm. Wi-Fi is $21.99 and barely works. On tops of all of this, you ran out of food for an international flight.

@delta the cherry on top, I wake up from a four hour nap and asked for (2) Jack Daniel’s and am told “we can only give you one because people are getting drunk on the flight”. I mean this is beyond comical.
