@bigbasket_com Yesterday I placed a scheduled order for 9 PM to 10pm. The order never got delivered and it got auto cancelled after 1 AM. After that I placed the same order items again for 6 AM to 7 AM slot. At 6:05 AM your big basket delivery agent is at my door step for delivery.

@bigbasket_com My BB Now order is delayed for more than 2 hours due to high demand. Why do you even accept orders when you have such operational issues? I have already faced this issue in the past. Either hire more staff or close the store

Your response "wait till it's delivered" is not helpful.

@amazonIN Placed an order 2 days ago. Item was supposed to be delivered today. Just now at the end of the day, I am getting msg that delivery is delayed and will take 2 more days. When item was well on track to be delivered for the past 48 hours - what happened suddenly? Pathetic

@AmazonHelp Hi Devasena, I am disappointed with your response. I just gotta wait till my order is delivered. As a customer, I ought to know why my order was not delivered today, why I was informed at the end of the day and not prior, why its going to take 2 more days.

It's ridiculous that @district_india is charging nearly ₹500 as convenience fee on dining transactions. This amount is not something which is known upfront while making the table booking. Whole purpose gets defeated and we feel cheated as we are being looted @carebydistrict

@carebydistrict If this fee is charged to customer to process secure transaction, then it should be a flat rate free and not a based on the bill value. Charging ₹500 as fee is ridiculous. Whether the dining bill amount is ₹200 or ₹20000, I hope you offer the same security for the transaction
