This should open eyes of many.
Never buy paneer from a local dairy shop or eat paneer dishes outside.
Best way is to make paneer at home. Or at least buy from renowned brand!
I just lab-tested the 11 top paneers across India, and the results honestly shocked me.
-We tested 7 branded paneers (Amul, Milky Mist, iD, Gowardhan etc) and all 7 passed!
-I tested 3 paneer dishes (paneer tikka, paneer crispy etc.) from local restaurants and ALL 3 of them failed.
-The last sample I tested was of a local dairy shop. The most shocking part was that even the dairy shop paneer FAILED the lab test.
India has lakhs of street food vendors and dairies selling “paneer” so imagine how much fake paneer must be getting sold.
Fake paneer has 50% less protein than real paneer. India is a protein deficient country where millions of vegetarians rely on paneer for their protein intake, so this fake paneer is a major health crisis for India.
This is exactly why I decided to fund this paneer test completely from my own savings.
Let’s make food more honest and let’s make India healthy again!
Ordered 6 coins labeled “999 Silver (10g)” from Amazon (Order ID: 407-7796857-5350745), but testing shows only ~0.4–1% silver—rest is copper, zinc & nickel. Seller refused refund despite proof. This is clear misrepresentation & counterfeit sale.

We adopted our son from India at 2.5 and had a 15 hour flight home.
He cried for almost the entire flight.
I did everything imaginable to calm and comfort him -- to no avail.
There were points of the flight that we were both crying.
The frustrated looks from other passangers didn't help, and all I needed in that moment was some kindness.
They make really great noise cancelling headphones these days, and I wish our culture was more supportive of families and children.
my uber driver had two phones on his dashboard
one for navigation. one had stripe open.
"you run a business?"
"i sell a checklist."
"a checklist?"
"pre-flight checklist for people scared of flying. $34."
pulled up his stripe at a red light. $8,400 last month.
"how'd you come up with that?"
"i'm in a facebook group for flight anxiety. 94,000 members. every day someone posts 'flying tomorrow i'm terrified what do i do' and the same people type the same answers over and over."
"so you wrote down the answers?"
"organized them. what to do 24 hours before. at the airport. during takeoff. during turbulence. stuff people been giving away for years."
"people pay $34 for that?"
"people pay $34 to not have a panic attack scrolling facebook threads at 3am the night before their flight. they want it clean and done in one place."
"how do you sell it?"
"tiktok. 1,100 followers. text on screen with a calm voiceover. one video hit 890K views. still sells 3-6 copies a day four months later."
one video. still paying him while he drives strangers around.
he'd been driving for 2 hours. made $41 from rides. made $136 from checklist sales in the same window.
"why still drive?"
"every third passenger asks about the second phone. that's free marketing."
he was using uber as a lead gen channel.
meanwhile you're spending 6 months filming a $197 course with ring lights and a script you rehearsed 14 times.
this guy typed a google doc on his lunch break and it outearns his job.
94,000 people answering the same question every day for free.
he's the only one who charged for it.
the information has always been free. the person who organizes it gets paid.
SHE WAS 35, LEAN, AND "HEALTHY." TODAY, SHE’S GONE.
I am looking at the lab results of a woman who should have had 50 more years of life. Instead, I am looking at the reason her heart gave out this morning.
She was the "success" story of our generation. 35 years old, BMI of 20 (thin by any standard), working a high-paying remote job for a US-based company.
But behind the laptop screen, her body was screaming for help:
The Routine: Working through the night, sleeping through the day. A completely shattered circadian rhythm.
The Fuel: Living alone meant no home-cooked meals. She relied on food delivery apps 3x a day. Convenience was the priority.
The Silence: She felt "fine" until the sudden, crushing chest pain 12 hours ago.
Her blood was essentially turned into a thick, fatty sludge.
Triglycerides: 561.10 (Dangerous level is > 500)
Total Cholesterol: 300.50
VLDL: 112 (Over double the limit)
LDL: 143 (very high)
If you are:
❌ Living on delivery apps
❌ Flipping your sleep cycle for work
❌ Ignoring your labs because you "look fit"
Please. This is your sign. Her life ended today because her internal health didn't match her external appearance.
Your job won't miss you. Your family will.
@vibhusam28 I've read somewhere that its about the superstition of Anand Mahindra. He was told by someone to have "O" in the names of their cars. It was understandable until we had names like scorpio, bolero. But then they are seeing "O" in 0(zero), "B", "9"😆
@chiragbarjatya Thanks for testing and sharing the results. I have used all of them. Personally I found Chetran's tofu too soft compared to other 3, not sure about the reason but I prefer other 3. I mostly cosume Mooz and Briya's tofu based on availability.
Myntra is not reliable shopping nowadays. The service quality has declined, especially in terms of delivery, customer support, and order handling. It used to be much more reliable earlier, but the recent experiences have been disappointing. #Myntra@myntra@MyntraSupport
@MyntraSupport This is the reason I mentioned @myntra is not reliable. I have exchanged a product, product reached nearest delivery center and then no update. And suddenly @myntra cancels it citing unavoidable circumstances. On top of that there is 0 communication of the cancellation.
@MyntraSupport I tried once to genuinely tell my concern to @myntra customer support and in return got robotic replies and no real resolution. I don't want to spoil my mood again.

Parents should take this analysis seriously. I believe there is increasing evidence that we are giving way too many vaccines to very young children. This is spreading in India too and we are seeing a rapid increase in autism in India.
