@Airtel_Presence What steps are being taken? After back to back interaction and promise from your customer still no engineer assigned to shift WiFi and neither anyone contacted till date... This is unacceptable I raised a shifting request on Jan 23rd and today the date is Jan 30.
Airtel’s shifting service is a total scam. You take the request, ignore the timeline, and leave customers stranded. Your incompetence is unmatched. I’ve wasted enough time chasing your team; resolve this now or lose a long-term customer. @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia
