Again, I reached the customer care, and this time wait time was 20min. Same repeated again, they provided me TL number and when I asked for explanation, resolution time and requested to forward the call to superior the call was disconnected. Need quick resolution

Response is that due to some internal error issue not reached to the respective person, and I asked for an explanation and wanted to talk to his superior and he put me on hold and didn't come back. Call was ended without any resolution.

And got a message, and was allocated to one service executive. When I talked to that person, he replied that my case is not assigned to him. Then I reached the customer care and the representative asked me to wait for some time and I waited for 25min.

This is regarding the interaction I had with your executives from airtel broadband.
I have been facing a broadband internet issue since yesterday and raised a complaint and resolved the issue, again it was repeated today and re-opened the case.
