@RailMinIndia Train 01074 (BSBS-LTT Spl) is 5.5+ hrs late & constantly stalled to let other trains pass.
We pay premium fares for "Special" trains, yet get worse than passenger-level service. If there’s no line clearance, why run them?

@Central_Railway is napkins discounted in train. We are sitting in A2 in 03380 and when asked for napkins. Attendant given us few tissue paper stating that it is coming now a days instead of napkins

@dipak_11993 I had faced the same issue, where due to cancellation airline had refunded the full amount but I need to chase a lot to MMT for a major amount of refund. Initially they had refunded only a small amount and after many follow ups & a very long period balance amount was refunded.

IRCTC' is the most pathetic website in existence!

I had to book train ticket for Diwali. Booking for 17 October started exactly at 08:00 AM today.

After entering passenger details the page never went to payment page. It kept showing the reload icon. I tried booking in 5+ trains, but at the payment page all tickets went to WL or Regret stage, by 08:05 AM!

When will you improve your ticket booking service @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw!

Dear @RailMinIndia I m trying to book a train ticket 60 days in advance but the IRCTC server is stuck.Within 1.3 minutes tickets are showing as regret How can a common person get a seat to go home for Diwali We can't afford a 15k tickets of flight.please do something
