@tcl_india my tv was broken when the box was opened by your representative but till date i haven't received any response and no replacement also till daye

@help_delhivery I paid extra towards insurance and you have shattered my tv into pieces . The box was open by professional only . It was packed very neatly with extra cushion still it got damaged. It looks you people have deliberately thrashed it's screen and ensured that proper damage is done.

@help_delhivery You need to review your transfer mechanism as I TV was not crack it was shattered as if somebody did it purposefully. Was packed in three layers.
