@GloveboxNet Yeah, It didn't sound right to me either. That's why I reached out for help here. Our Ni(cod)2 is decomposing at rt, the suggested storage is at -20 deg. Similarly, IPr carbene requires 0 deg.

@GloveboxNet we don't have a freezer in our glovebox. Can we get a mini car fridge (2-8 deg)/freezer inside? What could be the risk of evacuating the antechamber with a freezer containing compressed cooling gas? Any other solutions are highly appreciated.
