Disappointed with OnePlus support. My Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC had issues, and OnePlus approved a replacement request and picked it up. Now they're refusing replacement and haven't provided a refund either. Both my product and money are stuck with OnePlus. #OnePlus@oneplus
