虽然今天很忙，但是依然想抽出一点时间分享关于
#YSECOIN 的事，据我从多方（包括YESCOIN早期成员，基金会，YES相关合作伙伴，创始团队）了解到的情况。
1、项目诞生之初谁也没想到项目会爆火，背靠NOTCOIN在二级时长的大火，YESCOIN���线30天用户2500万。
2、经过多方确认，老王作为创始团队的最重要发起人这点毋庸置疑。
3、张弛是负责运营也是早期初创成员，据悉早期他是没有工资，在爆火后他想要快速套现和老王发生分歧。
4、张弛急于变现，所以鼓动内部成员成功夺权，据悉夺权时公司内部打起了群架，场面十分不堪。
5、张弛夺权后开始了一系列的商业合作，其中包括广告业务还有投资合作等，例如我A朋友的游戏就被张许诺以100万用户及支付技术成本换走51%的股权。
6、老王被夺权后就一直在维权，最终在2月份维权成功，拿回了BOT的所有权，但是其他账号依然被挟持，张被抓进看守所，应该是侵入计算机的罪名。
7、由于有内部纠纷，所以YESCOIN的上币事宜一直被推迟，致使错过了最佳TGE时机。
以上是事件的大概始末，只能能惋惜一次改变所有成员人生命运的机会就此失去。
如果让我点评，我会选择站队老王。
1、张弛这种做法太过于不讲理。先不说老王是不是发起人，就算是联合创始人也不应该如此对待。
2、拿走权限后进行了很多商业行为，这些都是股东不知情的行为，完全没有商业道德，这个行为非常恶劣。
3、他对许多人做了投资/孵化承诺，那些被他承诺的朋友也被牵连，前期花了几十万上百万开发的产品如今由要重新找投资。
