@ThaiAirways we traveled by TG from Phuket to Delhi, by business class and on return the baggage damaged. The counter from Phuket airport offer 1000 baht or claim through customer service. mention that they will send report by email. Nothing received, can it be actioned?

First pay for business class and get luggage damaged, afterwords spend time on emails. ???

@sandeep_PT Consider saving in time and cost of fuel which is extra, don’t forget maintenance cost of car that is 2hours each trip, because car also ages….
