The State of Texas has a record budget surplus. However, we are still seeing school funding per student in Texas fall. Our schools have been starving for funding.

The intent to harm and diminish public education is Texas by our state leadership is on full display.

Prop E includes funds to provide maintenance, repairs & renovations at LISD’s Eastside & Westside Aquatic centers. These centers are home to our high school swim, dive & water polo teams & they are used by 2nd grade classes for water safety instruction
